Replacement/Return & Refund Policy
Shoppers Bucket’s Return and Exchange Policy offers you the option to return or exchange items purchased on Shopeprsbucket within 72hrs of receipt in case there is a manufacturing defet in the products. We will credit the amount you paid for the product in your bank account, In such circumstances, before using the product, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team +91-8318510409 who will guide you on the process for the same.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Conditions for Return:
To return a product you need to follow these steps:

- Please put the product in its original packaging and seal it well. Make sure you bubble wrap it so that product doesn’t get damaged.
- Ship the product to the mailing address mentioned and send an email to email@example.com with the tracking number. Without tracking number, product can’t be tracked and can be lost in transit.
- Once the product has reached and it is inspected to be free from any defect, If approved, then your refund will be processed in your bank account.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
