Shipping and Delivery Information

Shoppers Bucket  promises to provide you with a best-in-class shopping experience at every step of the way. We assure you that all due precautions are taken so that your package reaches you intact. Your products is shipped out to you in a clear cellophane packaging or in a cartoon box depending on the Item.

Items are only delivered on business days. Apart from Sundays, there are certain holidays throughout the year that are not considered as business days. Deliveries will not happen on these days.

For Guaranteed Same/One/Two-Day deliveries, delivery holidays differ depending upon the local or regional holidays of the state in which the order is delivered

Shipping time: Within 3-4 business days of placing order

Delivery: Within 5-9 Business days after the product has been shipped.

Does Shoppers Bucket deliver Internationally?

We do not deliver to international locations currently.


Cancellation by Customer

You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. In case we receive a cancellation notice from you within 24-Hrs of placing the order and the order has not been processed by us, we will be more than happy to cancel the order and refund the entire amount to you. We will not be able to cancel those orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us.

In case the item you have ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to you, you may not cancel the order online. Your refund will be processed once we receive the originally ordered item back from the courier.

Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been delivered to you.

Cancellation by Shoppers

While, we try to ship out every order that has been successfully placed with Shoppers Bucket there are some situations in which we may have to cancel orders.

  • Product no longer available or temporarily out of stock
  • Limitations on quantities available for purchase
  • Restrictions on quantity or number or orders as per T&C
  • Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing or promotion information
  • Problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department
  • Inaccurate or insufficient address
  • Non-serviceable locations
